Immediate Access to Digital Content and Withdrawal Rights
You can read the Withdrawal Rules in the Terms of Use - Transactions. Specifically, you can refer to paragraph 4. Withdrawal.
When you make an online purchase on our website, you are requesting immediate access to the digital content of the respective course series (product) and acknowledge that you will no longer have the right to withdraw from this purchase because you will gain immediate access to the courses or will begin downloading the digital content.
EXTRA NOTE:
Payments made through IRIS are delayed by 1-2 days. This is an issue with the banks, as the settlement – crediting of transactions via the IRIS Payments E-Commerce service is not carried out immediately but according to the crediting date determined by the remitting bank, based on the operating specifications of DIAS.
All other transactions are processed immediately, and after purchase, you gain instant access to the digital content.
